Although scars are a normal and healthy body response and part of the regeneration process they are not always aesthetically pleasing or appreciated.
At some time in your life you will most probably have already experienced some form of scar tissue or scarring.
This may be from some form of persistent and topically treatable rashes, acne or pimples. It may also be from a deeper burn or wound.
In fact scarring is a natural healing process that happens whenever you suffer an injury to your body.
For example when you have suffered a burn or have cut or grazed your knee or gashed your arm in an accident. Or simply picked a spot.

Scratches and injuries like this automatically set the healing process in motion. This natural healing mechanism performs a great job at the time of the injury by rebuilding the damaged tissue and often guaranteeing your safety and survival. It acts as a prevention against infection.
However this process often results, unfortunately, in new skin tissue that is not quite the same as your original skin. It may turn out to be paler or darker than the surrounding skin. It might not be as smooth or it may be grooved or curved inwards or be much thicker, or pitted or lumpy or red.

Whilst not representing any major danger, these scars and scarring are not so aesthetically appealing. Most people would see them as ugly and this can often affect a person’s sense of self worth and acceptability. This is especially so if the scarring is on the face or hands where it is much more noticeable.
There are various options for treatment available that you can buy to help with this problem. A scar, once formed, is always there but it is often possible to take steps to minimise or soften their appearance. Firstly, buy a supplement or cream such as a cream containing vitamin E has often been known to help the scar tissue become more supple and soft. It can bring the colour of the skin back to a more natural looking tone.
It is easily absorbed by the skin cells and can help to hydrate an otherwise dry and possibly itchy area. There are also a variety of scar healing silicone gels, herbal
preparations and supplements available to help make scars less noticeable. It takes time for these to work because the treatment starts under the visible layer of skin. It then works outwards, slowly and gradually. This results in the fading or virtual disappearance of the scar.

Another option is dermabrasion or perhaps more drastic laser surgery. These methods can help to minimise the scarring, especially if it is extensive, as in major burns or deep cut wounds. It won’t remove it altogether, because surgery itself is basically an ‘injury’ to the body that will produce further scars. So this option needs careful consideration before going ahead. It would be best to get plenty of advice before making such a major decision.

Treat those conditions that often lead to scarring if left untreated.
Here are some recommended treatment options for rosacea, cystic acne, pimples , herpes and rashes and preventing scars

I enjoy your article.
A good point is to keep the treatment going. It takes time, but the long term results makes it worth it.
One really common problem that some individuals have is pimple problems when getting onto a weight lifting routine. During the period of weight lifting the body starts to change a bit causing quite a bit of pimple that breaks out on the face, back, neck, chest, and other parts of the body. it’s a very embarrassing problem for many. it is hard to deal with trying to improve body image through lifting weights and exercising and getting to deal with a body problem because of it.
skin care should be supported with a good rest and of course very good nutritional supplements .,;

There are things that made us ugly and scars plays a big part of it. Total eradication of scars depends on how deep is your wound before. Treatments and surgery may help you out on this but not the whole thing disappears. Creams were more considerably a friendly one compared to surgery.

Hi, A little tip I’d like to pass on to everyone that I’m pretty certain helped me clear up a lot of my blackheads and spots and especially blackheads in ear was to simply stop using soap!
I simply started washing my face, ears and neck with just warm water and I started to see a reduction in the amount of zits and blackheads I got.

Do you use a lufa or a brush on a stick (found at the drug store?)With I’d suggest Oxy face wash… or nutregena makes a body acne wash..this helps a lot and I suggest small doses of the sun don’t burn or bake but the vitamin d helps clear up this acne.
